BUILT THROUGH TESTING
Every Engage design is tested through real shooting—not simply evaluated on paper. We study loading characteristics, accuracy, consistency, and performance in traditional muzzleloading rifles with different barrel lengths, twist rates, and powder charges.
The results help us refine our products, understand how they perform, and provide practical information that shooters can use when developing a load for their own rifle.
Actual range results from ongoing Engage testing. 4 shots at 50 yards with a Traditions 1/66 twist barrel. Individual results will vary by rifle, load, and shooting conditions.
From the Range
Loading - Engage loads smoothly and easily as the driving bands conform to the rifling in each barrel.
Big Game three shot group fired from a traditional 1/66 twist, 75 grains of FFFg Shutzen.
Expansion Testing, with the Engage 260 grain Long Rifle
First three shots with the Engage Long Rifle, 260 grain at 100 yards. Open sights, bench rest with 90 grains FFg Swiss.
From the Field
Family in the Field
Our products were developed for our own use and performance in the field. Time spent together is what it’s all about.
Target Buck Identified
Spotted this unique buck coming in quite regularly. Decided he was one we wanted to take.
First Deer taken with the Engage Bullet
Finally got the chance a few days later. Quartering away at about 30 yards. The Engage 320 grain Big Game entered in front of the rear ham, went clear through the body breaking the offside shoulder before exiting, complete pass through. He dropped about 20 yards from where he was hit.
